Please note that the time for you to receive your order is calculated as follows:
Receipt Time = Order Processing Time + Logistics Transit Time + Local Delivery Time

1. Order Processing Time
Upon payment confirmation, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your order placement.
If any modifications are required, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. Orders cannot be modified beyond this timeframe.
We typically process orders within 3 business days for shipping.
However, for certain custom orders or due to limited stock availability, processing may extend up to 5 business days.
2. Track Shipment Status

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping notification containing the tracking number and instructions for tracking will be sent to your registered email address associated with your order.
To track your package's delivery status, click on the logistics tracking website above and enter the tracking number provided in the email.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are based on the region where the order is placed. Please check the costs according to your location:
Region 1: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Poland, Australia
Shipping Costs: $4.90 per order (for 1–2 items), free shipping for 3 or more items.
Region 2: Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Croatia
Shipping Costs: $6.99 per item, $9.99 for 2 items, free shipping for 3 or more items.
Please note that rates may vary for certain countries and are subject to change. Always refer to the shipping charges at the time of your order.
4. Shipping Time
Germany, UK: 7–10 business days
Other European countries: 10–15 business days
Australia: 8–12 business days

The above time frames are for transit time only and do not include local delivery time.
